Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum.

Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier, happier lives.

Boxing expert and Hall of Fame boxing Referee Richard Steele and Richard Steele Boxing Club Coaches facilitate the Rock Steady Boxing workout in a 6,000 square feet boxing gym every Monday and Wednesday 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Rock Steady Boxers pay a membership fee of $100 monthly and a one-time $50 sign up fee at the time membership is established.
